The Old Market Shopping Centre is open 9:30 to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm on Saturdays and 11am to 5pm on Sundays. Individual store opening times may vary.
Toilets (including disabled and baby changing facilities) can be found on the first floor, accessed from the central stairwell or lift next to TK Maxx
Located adjacent to the public toilets near the Management Suite and featuring a height-adjustable changing bench and ceiling track hoist. The toilet is centrally located to allow room on either side for carers. Changing places are STOMA friendly.
Two cash machines are located to the right of Waitrose, near the central lifts.
A car wash operated by The Carwash Company is located on level 2 of the car park.
Old Market are committed to creating a welcoming environment for all customers. All store entrances are located at street level to enable easy access for visitors. There are lifts to provide access to facilities on the first floor.
Assistances dogs are welcome at Old Market but all other dogs are restricted to the mall (excluding FatFace who are dog-friendly).

Old Market have Sensory Packs available to borrow for those who feel overwhelmed when shopping. These packs are for adults and children and include; ear defenders, caps, fidget toys, shopping checklists and flashcards with key information and visuals of Old Market.
There are 606 parking spaces with 26 disabled and 18 parent and child spaces.
Parking at Old Market uses automatic number plate recognition instead of tickets. You will need to know your number plate to pay for your parking at the end of your visit.
Parking is free at Old Market from 8pm to 8am. Waitrose customers who spend £20 or more in store get two hours of free parking.
