The Burger Shop opened it’s doors in 2014 after a series of suppers, pop-ups and events by A Rule of Tum, the restaurant was an overnight success with queues out the door from day one.

Focused on providing excellent food using local suppliers alongside a choice of craft beers and great cocktails, the Burger shop on Aubrey Street went from strength to strength and kick started a food revolution in Hereford. In late 2019 the Burger Shop underwent a huge transformation, with a newly improved kitchen and updated dining space.
