Booking

ALLERGY ALERT TEST FOR COLOUR CLIENTS
If you are a new client, or an existing client who does not have an up-to-date Allergy Alert Test, or if you feel you have become sensitised to anything either through illness or from taking any medication, you must take an Allergy Alert Test before your next colour appointment. You can do this in salon at least 48 hours before your appointment or at home at least 5 days before your appointment. Please note we will only be able to go ahead with your colour appointment if you have an up-to-date Allergy Alert Test.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee against your payment card, or should you otherwise fail to turn up for your appointment at the allotted time.
