• Take a picture of the wish on the tag.
• Visit Hereford City Life's Facebook page.
• Upload the picture of your tag showing your wish in the post's comments pinned to the top for the Miracle on King & Bridge St.
• Then place your tag on the Christmas tree at the corner of King & Bridge St.
• We will draw a winner from the entries posted in the comments on Facebook on Sat 21st Dec. Entries close at 9am on Sat 21st Dec.
   

Terms & Conditions for Hereford City Life Miracle on King & Bridge Street 2024 Prize Draw.

The Promoter is Hereford City Life (a brand of Hereford Business Improvement District).

Prize 50-inch TV UHD

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents (except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion).

2. The entrant's name on the entry form must be 18 or older. When contacted, the prize winner may be asked to provide proof of age (18 years of age and over).

3. The prize is as per the competition on Hereford City Life's marketing materials and social media posts. The prize is to be collected from the Hereford Town Hall.

4. The competition opens on 6th December 2024 and closes at 5pm on Friday 21st December 2024. Entry for this prize draw is as per the instructions on the Hereford City Life website. Entrants must be available to attend the prize handover.

5. The winner will be notified by 5 pm on 4th November 2024. We will ask the winner to contact us to claim their prize if we have to leave a message.

6. The winner will have 48 hours to respond to the notification and to send the required contact details. After this time, the Promoter reserves the right to pass on the prize to a new winner drawn from the entries.

7. There will be one winner from all eligible entries on the entry form. The first pulled out will win the TV.

8. By entering the competition, entrants agree to allow Hereford City Life to use their name in social media communications and possible press or marketing material referencing the competition.

9. Following notification, the winner will receive full details of the prize and how to receive it. 

10. Any personal contact information you supply will be used only for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

11. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter. Accordingly, the Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion, and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result.

12. Entries close at 9am on Saturday 21st December 2024.

13. Prizes are non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.

14. The Hereford City Life Marketing Manager's decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. By participating in this promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. Entrants are liable for their own costs to access telephone, mobile or computer networks or for any postal correspondence.

17. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
