Back to 1973 and when four ambitious trustees set up the charity that would eventually turn a old factory into a brand new museum. Ground-breaking and imaginative methods of fund-raising, the hunting down of old stories before they were lost, the quest to find the right site, the battle with HMRC to grant a distillery licence.... The Hereford Cider Museum Trust did it all.
