Eign Gate Stakeholder Meeting

Hereford BID have organised a stakeholder meeting for business owners in Eign Gate to share their experiences of anti-social behaviour in the area with key parties.

Anti-social behaviour has been a recurring issue in the Eign Gate area of Hereford and recently, Hereford BID have been contacted by several businesses in the area who are keen to tackle this problem and end the disruption it causes. Typical unwanted behaviours include, fighting, drinking, drug-taking and street-homelessness. 

In response, Hereford BID has coordinated a meeting for concerned stakeholders at 5pm on Wednesday 7th September at the Matrix, located at the end of Eign Gate. The aim of this session is to enable business owners to put their concerns and experiences of anti-social behaviour directly to the local authority, police, Hereford BID and each other, and hear what actions may be taken as a result.
